NEW RULES for RESERVING:

• 1 reservation per day can be made

• 2 reservations per week

• 1 hour and 30 min max in the evening

• 1 hour and 30 min max in the morning

Online Court Reservations: KVTA COURTS

Directions for booking online:

Step 1: Click on the “create account” button which is located under the login button

Step 2: Once all user information is entered, click the “CREATE ACCOUNT” button

Step 3: Once registered, you will receive an email immediately. In the email please click on the button that says “Verify your email”. By clicking this button it will automatically take you to the dashboard of the RMC (reserve my court) page.

Step 4: Under “My Club Info”, please click on the text that reads “Click Here” to Connect with your club. This will take you to a new page. Under the “MY CLUBS”, there is a button to enter your address that says “MY ADDRESS”. Click on that and the you MUST enter your full address on the right hand side and then click the save button.

Step 5: After clicking the save button from entering your address, you will be redirected back to the “MY CLUBS” section, and there will now be a button that reads “CONNECT TO MY CLUB”. Click on the button and then in the scroll down menu that appears, please start typing “Kennebec Valley Tennis Association”. Once you find our club, select our club and then click the button that appears “REQUEST CONNECTION”.

Step 6: Please wait until I approve the connection request, and then you are now able to start making reservations!! Under your “Dashboard” there will be an option on the top right hand side to start making reservations.

• Reservations can only be made 7 days in advance.

• If you are going to cancel a court, this must be done at least 24 hours before your court time. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR NO SHOWS!
